Here are the rules for the Challenge: The theme "Nine", in honor of 2009. Nine can be 9 blocks in size. 9-patch blocks. It can be 9 pieces of pie. It can depict some fun thing of the month. The quilt must be original design. It can incorporate traditional blocks, such as the 9-patch block or the bear's paw block, but the overall design must be original. No side of the quilt can be less than 30 inches, nor more than 60 inches. It can be square or rectangular, or some other shape, as long as it is within these dimensions. *Description of the quilt must be pinned to the front when it is displayed, explaining how the "Nine" theme was used.

If pictures posted of any quilt in the witness protection program and the owner wishes it not to go public, please contact the authors of this blog so it may be corrected.)
